Partnerships with purpose.

A selection of work in account growth, new market expansion, sponsorships, and community impact.

What I do

I build relationships and turn them into impactful partnerships. At Influxer, that meant bringing more than 200 institutions onto the platform, from junior colleges to programs in all four Power 4 conferences, plus expanding into the NAIA, NJCAA, and high school athletics. Before that, at Uplifting Athletes, I connected college and pro athletes with organizations and teams to support people impacted by rare disease.

Why I do it

I care about impact. The best partnerships I’ve been part of didn’t just help the organizations involved; they made a real difference for the people on the other end, whether that was a student-athlete, a fan, or a family affected by rare disease. Sports taught me that, but it isn’t limited to sports. In any industry, I want to build relationships that create real value for the organization and the people it serves.

How I do it

I listen first and ask the right questions. Every school and partner is different, so I figure out what they actually need before I pitch anything. From there it’s about showing up: on campus, at events, and on the phone when something goes sideways. Once a partnership is live, I stay close to it, because the real work starts after the deal is signed. I’d rather build a relationship that lasts than close a deal that doesn’t.
